APAWLA is proud to host a dinner with Karen Tse, the Founder and Executive Director of International Bridges to Justice.
Karen Tse is a former public defender, ordained minister, and United Nations lawyer. In 2000 Karen founded International Bridges to Justice (http://www.ibj.org ). Since then Karen has been instrumental in promoting and implementing systemic global change in the judicial justice system. She is the recipient of numerous awards, and was named by US News & World Report as one of America’s Best Leaders.
