Monica Lin is a litigation attorney in downtown Los Angeles representing banks, businesses, individuals, and public entities in State Courts and Federal Courts. Ms. Lin is admitted to practice law in California and New York. She is a past Co-Chair of APAWLA, and the Chair of the Amicus Committee.
Ms. Lin received her MBA degree from Santa Clara University, and her law degree from University of British Columbia. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Lin worked in the financial industry and received numerous awards for her job performance at Merrill Lynch and Royal Bank of Canada. She also received the prestigious designation of Certified Canadian Investment Manager (“CIM”) from the Canadian Securities Institute. She received an Outstanding Achievement Award for her contribution as a volunteer consultant and member of the Santa Clara University MBA Consulting Group. She was also a volunteer consultant to the Silicon Valley Joint Venture, and an active member of Lions Club.
